HOW TO USE:

  1. Fill bottle with your preparation. Screw headset onto bottle and decorator tip onto valve.
  2. Insert cream charger into charger holder and screw onto headset until you hear all of the gas release into bottle. *It is normal to hear a small amount of gas release from top of charger holder
  3. Unscrew charger holder to recycle empty charger and screw protective cap in its place.
  4. Shake whipper vigorously 6-15 times to make sure the gas is fully distributed. Dispense at your pleasure!
  5. Depressurize & clean. Canister and headset are dishwasher safe. Remove head gasket and piston for thorough cleaning with brush to prevent clogging.

  • IS WHIPPER DISHWASHER SAFE? No. Hand wash only. High water temperatures in dishwasher can damage plastic parts, and accrued dishwashing detergent can cause threading of aluminum bottle to become corroded, which affects safety of whipper.
  • CAN I USE LOW FAT CREAM? No. Higher fat creams with at least 36% fat will mix better with the compressed gas to produce good consistency. High fat coconut milk works well for a non-dairy option.
  • CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE CARTRIDGE AT A TIME? We recommend using only 1 cartridge at a time.
  • IS LINING INSIDE WHIPPER FOOD SAFE? Yes. It is a food-grade coating designed to make device easier to clean, and it has been tested to meet or exceed USA and EU standards.
  • HOW LONG CAN I KEEP WHIPPED CREAM IN DISPENSER? Usually, 14 days or as long as the expiration period of the cream. Shake once or twice before using it again.
  • WHY IS WHIPPED CREAM TOO SOFT AND STILL LIQUID?
    • An overfilled whipper will produce very soft whipped cream because the gas cannot circulate properly and there is not enough space for the gas to expand the cream. Use no more than 2 cups/500ml of cream for a 1 pint/0.5L dispenser.
    • The whipper was not shaken enough times. After charging with gas, firmly shake 8 to 20 times. Shaking ensures the gas is thoroughly incorporated with the cream to ‘whip’ it. After 7 to 10 shakes, check consistency by dispensing a small amount of cream. If still soft, continue shaking and checking again after every shake.
  • WHY IS MY WHIPPER NOT DISPENSING WELL?
    • Over shaking can make cream too stiff and cause very little of it to be dispensed with the rest remaining in the canister and become foamy.
    • It is important to clean all parts of headset after every use to ensure there is no blockage. Remove gasket, piston, and valve from the headset and clean with brush, making sure no residue is left. This will also remove any bad odors and keep all preparations tasting fresh.
    • Use sweeteners that will fully dissolve in the cream like powdered sugar, syrups, honey, liquid drops. Ensure sweetener is completely dissolved before charging dispenser.
  • HOW DO I OPEN THE DISPENSER AFTER USE? Press lever to release all gas and pressure before opening dispenser.

Okay I don't give reviews but I will on this product because I feel people should know what could possibly happen to them as it did me...the unit exploded in my kitchen! After charging I removed cartridge and unknowing to me the piece that mounts the cartridge came off as well as the N2O cartridge and POOF...my kitchen was a disaster...luckily I had a grip on everything when it happened...this thing could have become a projectile and have done some serious harm to someone...other than that the unit worked well for a few uses lol Please see the photos of what I am referring to...also because this has happened the item is rendered useless as I cannot remove the spent cartridge as it is lodge inside the white piece used to mount the cartridge...I tried to tighten the cartridge back on the canister...I could see the cartridge just lodging further and tighter so it's garbage...it is possible I over tightened the cartridge but I hardly used any force...hopefully everyone can see or get an idea from the pics Update...I reached out to the company and explained what had happened to me...the company responded immediately and wanted to understand what happened which I appreciated...they also tracked down the return to be quality inspected so this wouldn't happen again...then they also reached out to me over the phone to further understand the details of what occurred...this is the customer service I expected to see...plus they went above and beyond to make things right for my troubles...thank you ICO...2 stars to 5 stars

    The charger holder is plastic but very thick. I broke the first one because was in a hurry and cranked it extremely hard. As long as you don't go overboard with force this won't happen. Threads are thick and seem to hold up very well. I returned the first one to Amazon and got a refund. The company then contacted me and apologized for the problem with the first one, offered to send me a new one free of charge, even though I'd been refunded already. I accepted and they sent me a new one. I was impressed with the level of customer service. The charger is a good one too. Not at the level of the high-end models but that's to be expected. Works very well and looks sharp, has a sturdy weight and feel to it. Overall positive experience and good product for price.

    As somebody who worked at a popular coffee chain, this whipped cream canister is pretty much exactly like the ones I am used to using. Feels like the exact same weight, functions perfectly and creates insanely good whipped cream. The little piece that the nitrogen canister goes into feels kind of flimsy though, but other than that everything's great, the attachments are all nicely varied in size and it's super easy to clean.

    Tip: I was able to find boxes of nitrogen cartridges at local restaurant supply stores for really cheap - for reference, here in Los Angeles I found 10-packs for $6 which seems to be much cheaper than anywhere online, where they seem to average about $1-$1.50/cartridge (unless you purchase in bulk) and there aren't a ton of options.

    I have really enjoyed the Cream charger! My grandkids used up a couple of cartridges just playing with it one day when I was out of the room, (and they are old enough to know better!)
